I received a call from this number Wednesday evening, curious, I answered it but didn't say hello or anything... There was a bit of noise and snippets of conversation in the background, like thrir phone was in their bag/pocket and they'd accidentally called... I called back and message was 'Optus regrets that the number has been disconnected.'.

They called my mobile claiming to be from Energy Australia and were offering discounts. They also knew my address and the home owner's name, which is unsettling because my mobile number isn't in any way connected to the home owner's (who isn't me) account.
