    Have been getting these calls for years just like this one. Have a special ring for people I know and don't answer any callers with normal ring tone, so when my answering machine comes on they just hang up and never leave a message.

    Getting calls from 03 numbers. You block one & they use another 03 number. So annoying, especially they are now calling on my landline that I have installed due to my mother. No one else has my home number.

    They don't call they just leave a message. If calling this number you need to put the 03 prefix in. You just get a recorded message saying you have called mycharitysurvey. Com and no agents are available we may call you back. I always check these numbers on my work phone so they can knock themselves out and I block them on my mobile.

    Telephone scammers try to steal your money or personal information. Scams may come through phone calls from real people, robocalls, or text messages.

    Call or message may be a scam if:

    • You're asked for personal information or money;
    • Text messages tell you to urgently click a link or call a number;
    • The call or text pretends to be from someone you trust like your phone company or bank;
    • You're being threatened or made to feel scared;
    • The caller wants to access and control your computer.

    To protect yourself:

    • Don't answer if you don't know who it is. Let the call go to voicemail.
    • If a caller leaves a message claiming to be from known organisation, cross check the number the call came from against the organisation's official website.
    • Never share any personal information about yourself or your bank details.
    • Don't click on any links. Never let a stranger take control of your computer.
    • Do not send any money.
    • Block calls on your mobile phone. Your phone company can tell you how to block calls to your home phone.
