Received a call from this no on 19 July 24 at2.43 pm. Robo call claiming to be from Olivia at Commonwealth Bank reporting a suspicious transaction on my account with option to press 1 to cancel the transaction. An obvious phishing scam as there are many reports on the internet of similar calls from “Olivia”. Seems this legit number was spoofed by some scammer.

When I answered the call using a call screening feature, the caller hung up as soon as they heard the text-to-speech greeting, which suggests they may not be legitimate.

This was a robocall pretending to be from someone named Olivia at the Commonwealth Bank. The message stated there was a suspicious debit on my card and prompted me to press 1 to cancel the transaction. Since I don't have a Commonwealth Bank card, it was clear to me that this was a scam.
