Analysis of User Reports
A notable incident occurred on 4 March 2015, where recipients received an unsolicited advertising letter promoting the installation of safety switches and surge arrestors. The offer claimed that the reputed Clipsal brand items would be installed absolutely free, provided that the customer pays the retail price of $169.95. What raised concerns was the vague nature of the advertisement: it did not mention an address or provide substantial information on the services offered or the legitimacy of the company behind the promotion.
Such tactics are characteristic of a common scam where fraudsters exploit popular and trusted brand names to lend credibility to their dubious propositions. Without clear identification or a physical address, consumers are advised to be extremely cautious when responding to offers that appear too good to be true.

What Our Users Reviewed
Received in letter box a one A4 page ad for installing Safety switches and Surge Arrestors.
It stated top of the line Clipsal brand will be fully installed absolutely FREE if you pay the retail price of $169.95.
No where in the ad (both side of A4) is the address mentioned only the above phone number.
After doing some searching I found them listed in different organisation listings (I haven't heard of them before)giving no details except for his name Joe Hudson.
Most of the addresses are a Sydney 2000 listing but no street or house number.
BE AWARE I think it is a scam as you can't check against him or if the items are new Clipsal or fake Chinese makes.
