It rang and gave a single tone - then they hung up -- possibly to encourage us to return the call - as I might have done - had I not heard the start of ring and immediate hang up. Thus I suspect they need 'Return Call".

Considering over 50 searches for this number over the last 30 days -- that seems to confirm in my mind - these are not accidental miss dials - they are intentional -- and it seems that - they want "Return Callers".
