A robocall is an automated phone call that delivers a pre-recorded or computer-generated message. The contributor who reported 02 9699 3632 (0296993632) received a robocall with garbled audio, which scammers use to contact large numbers of people quickly and cheaply. Poor audio quality on the message from 02 9699 3632 suggests the call came through a cheap automated system or was processed by machine translation software. What should I do with the voicemail from 02 9699 3632 still on my phone?
