The notice also had an address: G2/391 Park Road, Regents Park, NSW 2143.
Looking that address up returns a warehouse fulfilment space owned by 4PX Global Express Service and used by multiple businesses including the official AU warhouse of the website I purchased from.4PX is a company in China used by over 20,000 merchants worldwide. Two independent parcel trackers, ParcelsApp and OrderTracker, were able to look up the tracking number in my notice showing the delivery progress of my order by 4PX.
FWIW, the notice I received was by Team Global Express (teamglobalexp), not 4PX.
