After answering this call, I experienced an unsettling silence followed by a brief recorded noise, which is often indicative of a spam or robocall.
Dodgy for sure; indian lady claiming to be from government; long pause before she started talking. I hung up.
When you answer this number there is along delay before someone speaks then you hear the background noise of a call centre. I have never spoken to this number but I firmly believe it is for selling heat pump hot water which appears to be the current scam.
