Scammer.
Had the same call and a text to call the 1800 no. I called back and gave them enough info to tell me what it was about but they kept asking for more so I hung up.
Receiving few calls to both my home phone and mobile phone then text messages to call Telstrs. I called 1800531866 (as requested) yesterday (30/8/2017) to confirm details with Telstra. Looked like real Telstra because they know my details and I'm a Telstra customer.
Last night, my daughter told me that was a scam. I would like to report this number here.
