This phone number is a scam. I typed NRMA claim phone number and a sponsored ad, with NRMA website popped up, so I clicked it and it redirected me and called 1800 285 574. The normal NRMA claims process was not there and they asked me for things that NRMA usually don’t ask for, they didn’t know any of my details, even though NRMA is my insurer and then said someone would call me back to confirm claim and organize hire car.
This number 02 9327 3566 then called me and started asking strange questions and for scans of ID etc. I immediately knew this wasn’t normal, because NRMA already has my details, jung up and called NRMA to lodge a complaint. This is a scam, it is not NRMA as made to look like in the sponsored ad. Careful guys.
