When I call back I get the automated message it is coles mastercard and it is not urgent. Well if it is not urgent you don't need to call. I did answer earlier this week about a payment I organised by ringing them but they rang the day after I had paid it to give me an update on my account. These people are being paid to waste peoples day throughout the entire day!
