This number has been sending me emails with similar offers right after I've made my monthly credit card payment. Since I currently do not need anything from them, I will proceed to block this number.
I received a call but no message was left. I am not a customer of their financial services, so I am confused about why they called.
This number rang me and there was a delay of several seconds before an asian caller said they were from NAB about my Coles Account - Coles have recently switched banking to NAB. I was dubious but played along and lady wanted to tell me about NAB new 'offers' with my card. Might not be a scam - just very poor marketing, but you can't really tell these days. Scammers get better and better at their 'job'.
Never give out personal details to unsolicited calls to be safe.
On May 18th, I received an email from Coles discussing an impending purchase of Citi's Australian consumer banking business by National Australia Bank Limited (NAB). They mentioned that this transfer is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to occur on June 1, 2022, which may have implications for my Coles No Annual Fee Mastercard.
I answered a call from this number, but there was no response on the other end, so I hung up. I plan to block this number to avoid any future disturbances.
I received a call claiming it was regarding my Coles account on behalf of NAB. This raised red flags for me because my Coles account is actually through Citibank, leading me to question whether this is a scam or not.
I'm tired of receiving cold calls from Coles Finances offering special deals designed to draw me into taking more credit. I was hoping that since NAB took over this service on June 1, 2022, these calls would stop, but they've continued and are even more frequent now.
I answered a call, and after saying hello, the caller responded in a way that was difficult to understand due to their poor English. They quickly hung up, which makes me suspect it was either a scam or very unprofessional telemarketing. I’ve decided to block this number.
I received a call from this number, but the caller was not a native English speaker and I found it hard to understand what they were saying.
On May 3, 2022, I received a message indicating that I had missed a call from this number. However, I found no evidence of any such missed call in my phone's call log. This appears to be a new scam tactic, as I have received similar messages from different numbers without any missed call records. It's a foolish but frustrating approach.
I have contacted my account provider and was informed that I can log into my account and send a secure message requesting that they stop calling me with unnecessary lending offers. I have done this after complaining via email and I hope this method will be effective in reducing such calls.
I have received multiple calls from this number on the following dates: April 6, 2022; April 9, 2022; April 14, 2022; and April 19, 2022. Since these calls are from an unknown number, especially an 02 number, I choose not to answer them. They haven’t left any messages. Based on previous reports from others, I believe this to be associated with CFS, and I will not be returning their calls.
Constantly been getting a missed call from this number for about a year. They ring 1-2 a week. Phone never rings, I just get a missed call text & that’s it.
This is from Coles Financial Services.
