I received a call today from this number to my mobile. They started the call with my name and said they were from PayPal and said I had $400+ owing and would I like to pay it now with my debit card. I said 'No', you are a scammer and I don't believe you are from PayPal'. He said 'I assure you Mam that I am not a scammer and asked if my (fist name, last name) was my correct name. I said 'Yes, I will check my account and if any issues I will sort them out'. He said, 'So, I will make a note that you will pay the outstanding amount today' and I said, 'No, I am not saying I'll make any payment. I will check my account and take action if required'. I said Goodbye and ended the call. I checked my PayPal account and found no issues at all. The caller had my name, so they are clearly getting data from somewhere, illegally no doubt. I'll let PayPal know of the issue. Be careful everyone.
