I said it didn't sound legitimate and they babbled on about not asking for details etc then they hung up.

I asked her where she got my number and she said your insurance company. When I asked what company she said NRMA, I said no, and hung up. When I called the number back a recorded message told me the number I was calling was not connected.
Annoying caller, hangs up after a pause when the call is answered. I called the number and a recorded message informed me the call could not be connected.
