Definitely looks like some sort of property scam. They cold-called me at night (no legitimate business still does that!). I said where did you get my name and number, they lied and said White Pages, even though I am unlisted. I hung up - this has got scam written all over it.
They are shonky. They cold-called me at night. When I asked where they got my name and number they lied. Call themselves Property Investors Group. Sounds like a scam. Hung up.
