0291899882 called said calling from our government with solar panels. The person sounded Indian or similar, probably Raj going by the name of Robert. I hung up, all 29 seconds worth of call. Lol.
Just hangs up on you. So it sounds like a telemarketing computer registering the fact a human is at the end for further spamming with their telemarketers later on. Low life scum of the earth.
