0291899882 called said calling from our government with solar panels. The person sounded Indian or similar, probably Raj going by the name of Robert. I hung up, all 29 seconds worth of call. Lol.
Just hangs up on you. So it sounds like a telemarketing computer registering the fact a human is at the end for further spamming with their telemarketers later on. Low life scum of the earth. If you pick up and say hello once and there is a delay and no one says anything just hang up and it won't register you. The next time you say something it will register you for more nonsense later on by telemarketers and just hang up.
