Yes this guy has called me twice now on two different numbers. I told him I know this is a scam and asked him nicely not to call me again :).
Stephen, an English accent from Esure called to ask if I was satisfied from the outcome of my insurance claim. He had my surname and address but no other details. When I suggested he was a scam is assured me he was just seeking customer saisfaction.
This number has been calling regularly for quite a few months; never leaves a message if I don't answer it; often when I answer, there is no-one there, so I hang up. Not sure what their game is. I will blacklist it now. I hate those insurance calls "soliciting for solicitors" anyway!! I usually call them on that and they don't get it or don't like it!
I received a miss call on this number few minutes ago. I have a call identifier and it identified it as police. So I called the number twice and it comes up with the voice mail saying, "Your call is important to us, the next agent will be with you shortly" then it says "goodbye".
Definitely a scammer. Refers to your "motor accident" tries to get personal information. String them along for as long as possible. They do their block and hang up!!

This is a scammer who poses as an 'insurance company' called Esure. (there is a legitimate insurance company in the United Kingdom called Esure, but not here in Australia). They call you and tell you that you've been involved in a motor vehicle accident and need your personal details so they can 'look up your file' but instead, they steal your identity. Call bullshit on them and they hang up on you. They've called me every month for the past year and I keep asking them to take me off their call list - they don't. I've registered my mobile on the do not call register online, but not sure if that will work...
