I received a call on my landline from 0291607409 on Tuesday 13 August at 4.49 pm. When I answered it and said 'hello', the line was quiet for about 5 seconds and then gave the 'out of order' sound. Curious, I rang back to find out who the fraudster was. It was a company that was trying to sell solar panels. I think it sounded something like 'Symbio'. The woman who answered knew my name, and knew that I already had solar panels. She said their company had been given names and phone numbers by the Government, and wanted to know whether we are still paying bills or are in a credit. I told her that I was not interested in buying more panels, and hung up.
