Yes its a scam - also came to me today from same mobile with same message others have detailed below.
I received a suspicious text message that reads: "CBA NET: Use 195646 to complete your PURCHASE of 758.88.45 AUD to... If this was not you, please contact us on (02) 9136 2552." This definitely seems to be a scam attempt, not a legitimate message.

This number 02 9136 2552 purported to be from the Commonwealth Band verifying a purchase from Myer. I don't have a ComBank credit card and when I called they wanted my NetBank card number, so I hung up. This is clearly a scam, as I supsected but the woman sounds very convincing. I think they've taped her voice from a genuine call.
