VERY OBVIOUSLY a SCAM call.
A recorded voice of a male with an American accent. It was an EXTREMELY intimidating message claiming "he" was from some Australian policing authority and that legal action was being taken if I failed to respond immediately. A demand that I immediately comply! - or else!!! - and asked me to press a number to speak with one of their consultants.
I didn't press the number, and then some silence, and they they hung up.
It concerns me that someone vulnerable could taken in by these scammers and the tactics they are using are really malignant.
Just silence. Probably a scam. Just block the number.
An absolute scam. Claims to be from the Australian broadband network. Claiming that your phone is about to be disconnected.
Asked for bank account/ credit card details for Amazon prime. I said it was a scam call and I didn't have Amazon. They promptly hung up.
