I received a call today from someone named Dave regarding solar panels. I have mentioned many times before that I do not own a home, as I am leasing a property. I politely explained this again and asked for my number to be removed from your system.
Instead of handling this respectfully, Dave hung up on me mid-conversation. This was extremely rude and unprofessional. If a person requests to be removed from your call list, it should be actioned immediately, not ignored.
I was listening to what he had to say, but kindly explained that I do not require solar panels. No one deserves to be treated in such a disrespectful manner.
