I got a call saying they were representing the insurance industry body and wanted to check up on my accident I had in the last 12months WHen I told him I hadn't had one he then said it was someone at my address, I told him I had no idea what he was talking about and when I asked him for details of the accident he said he didn't have any. He was hunting for information it is definitely as SCAM!!!!
Had a call 5/1/2017 from 02 9099 5628 claiming to be wanting to close the file on an accident. It was timely as I did handle an accident for someone else.
He had english accent said name was shawn not sure of company name he said when I asked him who he was with it was e something, I think esure, I said iam not interested. He kept repeating the word mate like pommies do. He got shitty with me and told me he was going to get one of his colleages to contact me as he does not want to talk to me.
Then I checked this number and BINGO has got to be a scammer .
Had a call today and as it was raining I asked again who was calling they hung up it sounded like incident crisis team to me but not sure will save number for next time and give them a mouthfull.
Just had a call looking for me by name - on my mobile, asking me if I was satisfied that my insurance claim for the car was settled. Said I had no idea what they were talking about as I had no claims, Could it be anyone else at my address? No - and they politely finished the call saying it must be a mistake.

Yep! Had a missed call 2 weeks ago, looked it up & read they were scammers. They called again & I said you are a bunch of f*****g scammers and you will get your karma you *****. Got another call from them today, this time it sounded like she had me on loud speaker, and told them the same thing as above! She was very nice and polite and didn't hang up when I abused her. The people who have said here they are being sent a substantial cheque please let us know when you get that!!!!! You at least gave them your addresss & did you give them car details? Are your comments legit or do you work for that company of scammers?????
Had two calls - first asked about ANY accident in the past TWO years.
A week later another call about any accident in the past ONE year.

I asked how he got my number, he said insurance company gave it to him. What insurance company, he did not know. What accident, he did not know... Perhaps it was someone in the household.... Hat car....did not know....
Can hardly wait till the next one... Where I was driving a bus that plunged of a cliff killed all on board including myself....
These people are here to help!! I had a motor incident with my husband and grandson around 4 months back. Ive spoken to someone from this company the incident care team and they have let me know things that have been overlooked. We spoke with their lawyers and we're now waiting for our outstanding payments via cheque! Excellent service, very professional! Thankyou!
Ditto above trying to get my address I think, however I said at what address and pimmy guy said have you had an accident as my name has been put forward as a claim with an insurance company, I said no never, he said your partner then, I said no. Too much info given so call ended. Can't call back as call dials then blocked so no connection. But putting the number in Google brings this site up, how did they get my name and mobile number?? scamers!!!!
Have received a few calls from these guys. You can hear the call Centre in the back ground. They said they were a Law firm. Problem is I live in a completely different state to where the accident was meant to occur..... SCAM.
This telephone number has called me calling itself the Incident Care Team and asking about a so called accident I have been involved in. This is some kind of con and when asked exactly who they incident care team was and if they were a government department of private company the man hung up.
Told me they had a call from a lady who ran into my car some time ago but they knew no details about anything. Just so happened I had an accident in the last 6 months so was pretty convincing. Sounded shady AF so hung up on them.
