I didn’t answer this call, but shortly after, I received a text that said, "I need you to UPS you fool."
I received an automated call that encouraged me to press one for services in Chinese, which seemed like spam.
The caller identified themselves as PayPal and had my email address. They claimed that a large amount of money was attempted to be withdrawn from my account. However, my PayPal app showed no such activity, and the real PayPal customer service confirmed this was indeed a scam.
