What Our Users Reviewed
I don't pick up strange number. So voicemail said there was a purchase on my account so they need personal verification….. I don't even use Commbank!!!
I have had the same experience today as the other 2 reviews for this phone number. Received a scam voicemail pretending to be the Commonwealth Bank. Automated female voice advising of an issue with debit card charge and to call toll free number 1300041106. Best to block this number.
They left a voice message saying to call the commonwealth bank on 130 004 1106 as someone used my keycard. They believe it a fraudulent and have blocked my account; to reactivate it, I need to call them back and provide security details.
130 004 1106 number I know doesn't belong to the Commonwealth Bank, so I have blocked the number.
Scam saying my commonwealth bank account has been hacked & a purchase has been declined and they've locked my account-don't have a commonwealth account. lol.
I received a recorded message from someone claiming to be from the Commonwealth Bank, stating my card was suspended. However, the call back number they provided did not match any official Commonwealth Bank number, which raises concerns about its legitimacy.
