I received a call from this number and when I answered, the person claimed to be from Paypal security. They appeared to know my name, which raised a significant alarm for me. I urge anyone who may have had their personal information compromised in the past to be very cautious if they receive calls from this number. BEWARE!

I received a call from a representative who spoke both English and Chinese, claiming that my mobile service was about to be terminated. However, I do not even use Vodafone, which leads me to believe this is a fraudulent call.
It's now March 2023, and this number continues to call me frequently. When I try to return the call, it doesn't connect, as if the number does not exist. I'm really frustrated and wish they would stop bothering us!

The caller claimed to be from Telstra and stated that my internet had been hacked. I informed them that I would verify this with my actual internet provider first.
I did not answer the call, but they left a voicemail that lasted about 10 seconds, containing minimal noise, possibly computer typing, followed by an automated voice saying "goodbye."
The callers claimed that my neighbors had hacked my internet and insisted that I purchase security measures. When I told them I wasn’t with Telstra, they incorrectly asserted that I was with Optus. When I corrected them and told them not to call me "luv," they abruptly hung up. Clearly, this is a scam!
