I had the same number call me (it immediately went to voicemail as per my phone settings) but a male (Australian) was on the other end saying 'hello' a number of times. He didn't leave a message.

Long pause when I answered. And they claimed to be from Amazon when I asked how they got my number. They used a social media name trying to verify my identity. I’d say definitely scammers.

Answered call. Lady said she was from Telstra and said "I'm assuming I'm speaking to the main registered user". When I said "umm no and I don't believe I have internet with Telsta" she immediately hung up. Not sure if a scam or simply wrong number.

I answered this number as it was a Sydney number and there was no one on the other end, just silence.

Considering the amount of searches for this number, I assume it’s a robot call to see if the number called is answered.

Don’t answer and block.
