I received a call from someone claiming to be calling about Telstra internet services. When I inquired about their location and they said Melbourne, I informed them that I am not a Telstra customer. They then abruptly hung up. The caller had an Indian accent, and the background noise suggested multiple other calls happening at once.
A caller tried to convince me that my internet connection with Telstra was experiencing issues. The problem is, I have no business with Telstra at all. When asked for details about my Internet Service Provider (ISP), they couldn't provide any. I consider this to be a fraudulent scam attempt.
