Received a call from 02 9061 7094 from a guy saying he was from Telstra. He was calling from a call center and it was very hard to understand him (thick Indian accent). He was claiming to be calling about a free upgrade for my internet. Felt suss so I googled the number whilst on the phone to him. Total Scam. They wanted password and account details.
Same thing. Phone call to my mobile, I answered, robot message regarding $300+ purchase from eBay; press 1 etc. I hung up and then called displayed number back from my second phone. Received message stating number not in use spoken by a lady with an American accent. Search of number suggests caller from Sydney. Scam.
Another #$&@ scam. A robot voice Now saying they are from eBay and will be taking $$ out of my account. If I didn’t purchase anything to push 1 to get it sorted. Yeah right.
Didn’t answer and they didn’t leave a message. From other reviews I’m blocking the number!
Definitely a scam, trying to get your details by pretending to be Amazon Prime. Don't answer!!
