It seems this is a call center involved in some kind of office sharing scam. The company, Empire Funding, has been implicated in taking money from individuals trying to reclaim funds lost to cryptocurrency fraud.
Every few weeks.1 - 3 calls a day, it hangs up after the call is answered. Today I was able to see the number on my landline phone.
Spam.
Don't answer numbers I don't know, now blocked.
I’m not interested in knowing who this number belongs to. If it was important, they would leave a message. It’s becoming harassment with up to three calls per day for a week. Blocked now.
Persistant b@stards. first time they rang they hung up. Blocked the number, but my phone lets me know if they attempted to call.3 times a day for the last week. Oxygen thiefs !

Had another call from this number. Claim to be SMS advisory. Will multiply you super growth. Lady had Philipino accent. Said her name. Surname Williams, I cannot recall her given name. Started a speil about an advisor contacting me to tell me how they could provide much higher super growth without first qualifying my current growth. I said I was very happy with my current super arrangements and was not interested. I asked that my number be marked or removed so as for not to receive any more calls. Even if they are the best at what they do I will not do any business with any company via any means who has previously telephone canvassed me.
Always calls at least 3-4 times a day to my work number, but always hangs up once I answer the phone - sounds like a scam!
