I received a delayed call from a call center that appeared to be from an organization called Suncontinent.
The caller identified themselves as being from an energy company, but I am skeptical about the legitimacy of this call.
The caller was angry and rude, enduring far too long on the phone despite my repeated indications that we were not interested in the energy solutions deal he was promoting.
The caller claimed to be inquiring about electricity rates. Although I clearly stated I wasn't interested, they called me again just days later. Their persistence on the phone was quite annoying.
I strongly recommend reporting and blocking this number, as it seems to be yet another time-wasting and potentially harmful call.
The caller left a voicemail that included my first name, asking, “(my first name) are you there?” I did not respond to this voicemail.
Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
More bill scams. Kept them on the line, put my phone in a cooking pot and beat the heck out of it. Old mate on the other end of the line wasn’t too happy.
This number has called me multiple times in the evening. When I answer, it hangs up immediately. I tried calling it back, but the message states that "this number is disconnected."
The caller claimed to be associated with a power company, but their repeated calls persisted even after I told them to stop.
Indian call centre claiming to be from a company called "Check my Bill" gave a website with no address and claims to be calling from South Melbourne in Victoria. Schpiel around electricity rates saying they've gone up, when, in fact, they've recently gone down and they can "help you get the best deal." Very noisy call centre. I kept asking questions so they muted me and then I hung up. They tried calling back several times, but I answered and dropped the call almost immediately.
