What Our Users Reviewed
I reached out with a message but received no response from the caller.
Someone named "Chris" was on the line, he had my first name and was calling about the electricity account at an address that I haven't lived at (or had an electricity account for) since 2018.
"Chris" did not state who he was calling behalf off, and despite numerous requests for him to not only remove my name, details and number from his call list/system files he refused to acknowledge the request and I ended up hanging up the phone.

Stated that he was calling from Electrasolar or something like that. Didn't use my name at first but had a very old address of mine. I advised him I had no electricity or solar accounts tied to my name, he apologised, thanked me and ended the call. This was a very odd phone call, I believe it to be suspicious.
Connected but no talking.
Delay in connection…Caller claimed to be from electrical company…Requested to be taken off calling list. Possible scam/nuisance caller.
