Most probably spam as from NSW number and I live in Melbourne. However Google search does show that there is a Dr David Bell Orthopaedic Surgeon in Orange NSW but I have no need for this service and no message has been left.
Rang then hang up on pick up.
This number just left me a voicemail in an unintelligible Asian sounding language with lots of voices in the background.
