Received call about 12:20 pm today - unsolicited - 'Jessica' with Indian/Mid Eastern accent advising she is calling about your Electricity Account... Some shpeel about POSSIBLE reduced rates of up to 18% approved...... I asked her when was our bill due? And couldn't tell me.. Could hear VERY LOUD call centre activity in the background/multiples of voices/someone beside her reading the same script to someone else. Told Jessica, that my number is on the Do Not Call Register and is a govt offense to call us/is she telemarketing?.. She hung up..
