    (02) 9015 3807 is a "marketing" call from Vodafone. You need to get onto Vodafone chat and ask them to unsubscribe you from marketing calls.

    This number 0290153807. Html has called three times today and late last year. They tend to do it in batches. Now it's the case that any number starting with 029 I have to block. It's highly frustrating.

    I did not answer, but they have never left a message. The phone came up with "VODAFone AU", so it's probably a vodafone number hijacked by a scammer.

    This number called yesterday as well and left no messge when I did not answer. Today I answered the call and there was no response on the line at all. Calling at very odd times, late Friday night and then late on Saturday afternoon. Certainly seems to be some kind of Scam caller. I've blocked the number now.

    Telephone scammers try to steal your money or personal information. Scams may come through phone calls from real people, robocalls, or text messages.

    Call or message may be a scam if:

    • You're asked for personal information or money;
    • Text messages tell you to urgently click a link or call a number;
    • The call or text pretends to be from someone you trust like your phone company or bank;
    • You're being threatened or made to feel scared;
    • The caller wants to access and control your computer.

    To protect yourself:

    • Don't answer if you don't know who it is. Let the call go to voicemail.
    • If a caller leaves a message claiming to be from known organisation, cross check the number the call came from against the organisation's official website.
    • Never share any personal information about yourself or your bank details.
    • Don't click on any links. Never let a stranger take control of your computer.
    • Do not send any money.
    • Block calls on your mobile phone. Your phone company can tell you how to block calls to your home phone.
