I called back and spoke to someone who asked me about my medicare card number and date of birth. They aready had these details and knew the last test that I had done from the hospital. I spoke to them and confirmed these details. I got a little concerned if I spoke to the right person. So I called the health pathology number from the administration department where a very helpful lady confirmed that this is actually the revenue’s dept number. Hence was a genuine call.
