    I got a call from this number and they said they were saying I expressed interest in property markets and investments. I had told them that they called previously and I expressed no interest and said rather quickly that no one had called me before. My phone told me they called 4 days ago and I am sure it was the same guy too.

    Also, I don't think I expressed any interest in property markets and investments.

    Numerous calls from this number today. One were two girls laughing, another heavy breathing, and another 'oh must have the wrong number'.

    I agree with Liam, I got two missed calls from this number on separate days around the same time. I called it back and it says enter ID number and then music plays. Still don't know who or what company this is.

    I called the number back, it merely says "Please enter your customer ID" with no indication as to who the company is, and they play music straight afterwards, so you can't even enter a fake ID number to try and force it to say something else.

    I assume it's some sort of marketing nonsense.

    Telephone scammers try to steal your money or personal information. Scams may come through phone calls from real people, robocalls, or text messages.

    Call or message may be a scam if:

    • You're asked for personal information or money;
    • Text messages tell you to urgently click a link or call a number;
    • The call or text pretends to be from someone you trust like your phone company or bank;
    • You're being threatened or made to feel scared;
    • The caller wants to access and control your computer.

    To protect yourself:

    • Don't answer if you don't know who it is. Let the call go to voicemail.
    • If a caller leaves a message claiming to be from known organisation, cross check the number the call came from against the organisation's official website.
    • Never share any personal information about yourself or your bank details.
    • Don't click on any links. Never let a stranger take control of your computer.
    • Do not send any money.
    • Block calls on your mobile phone. Your phone company can tell you how to block calls to your home phone.
