    I got a call from this number and they said they were saying I expressed interest in property markets and investments. I had told them that they called previously and I expressed no interest and said rather quickly that no one had called me before. My phone told me they called 4 days ago and I am sure it was the same guy too.

    Also, I don't think I expressed any interest in property markets and investments.

    This number has been constantly calling me, when I call back it either hangs up or asks for a log in. Very annoying.

    I received a call from these people saying they were a property & investment people & that said I had "registered on a website an interest". I questioned him as I did not recall doing that. He said asking my personal questions & when I said that I was not interested in revealing private things about myself to strangers - he said OK. When I ask for his/the website... He said that's fine & hung up.

    Telephone scammers try to steal your money or personal information. Scams may come through phone calls from real people, robocalls, or text messages.

    Call or message may be a scam if:

    • You're asked for personal information or money;
    • Text messages tell you to urgently click a link or call a number;
    • The call or text pretends to be from someone you trust like your phone company or bank;
    • You're being threatened or made to feel scared;
    • The caller wants to access and control your computer.

    To protect yourself:

    • Don't answer if you don't know who it is. Let the call go to voicemail.
    • If a caller leaves a message claiming to be from known organisation, cross check the number the call came from against the organisation's official website.
    • Never share any personal information about yourself or your bank details.
    • Don't click on any links. Never let a stranger take control of your computer.
    • Do not send any money.
    • Block calls on your mobile phone. Your phone company can tell you how to block calls to your home phone.
