I received an anonymous voicemail from a robo voice saying they had received a purchase request for $299.99.

If I wanted a refund, follow the prompts etc. I hung up. When I dialled the number + 613 86095020 a woman with foreign voice said she was from eBay. I asked her location and she immediately hung up.
