The caller claimed to be from Google My Business Australia, which I found to be non-existent. I hung up and subsequently blocked the number.

A woman called and claimed to be from Google. She insisted on speaking with my manager and did not put the call on hold. Instead, she became quite insistent, repeatedly asking when my manager would be available to talk. Eventually, she hung up without resolving anything.
