Received a recorded phone call saying that Centrerlink Pensions had been trying to contact without success re age pension and that my file had been removed to Canberra and to call this number. Beleive this is a scam.
Please do not reply to this number if you get a call from them. They are scammers saying they are from Centerlink and that this is a Canberra number. They will ask you to call this number with an extension of 08046. It all sounds very convincing but Centerlink and other Government agencies will never contact you this way.
