I'm confused as to why the RSPCA would be calling me, especially since I live in a state that doesn’t have an RSPCA organization. This seems suspicious and potentially a scam.

I received an unsolicited phone call from this number and did not answer it. They did not leave a message on my voicemail, so I have since blocked the number.

Answered call, nil response and call ended shortly after from the caller's end. Have previously received calls from this number with no voice message left.
