I received a call from scammers impersonating Vodafone. They had somehow managed to hack my account and were already in possession of many of my account details. They were attempting to extract more information from me under the pretense of providing compensation for unsatisfactory service. They even sent a Skype message and tried to gain access to my phone. Vodafone has confirmed that this call was not legitimate.
