The caller claimed to be from Telstra and stated they needed to fix my privacy settings. It was obvious from the start that this was a scam. They asked me to download questionable software. When I questioned them about which city in India they were calling from, they falsely claimed it was Melbourne. They became aggressive, swore at me, and hung up when I accused them of being a scam.
