The call I received was definitely a scam! I have several voicemails from an automated message instructing me to press one in order to approve a transaction, which I did not initiate.

The call started with a robotic message claiming to be from the Immigration Office, stating that I was due to send them documents. It then prompted me to choose between pressing 1 for English and 2 for Chinese. When I pressed 1, someone answered speaking Chinese. I told them I didn't speak Chinese, and they hung up on me.
