Answered call, and was advised they were calling from Telstra and that over the past couple of days there had been internet issues and my IP address was impacted. They wanted me to follow steps and a link they sent me to change this information.

Was hard to hear the caller (male) as sounded like a large call centre in the background.

When I advised I didn't have Telstra, he said as Telstra operates all internet services I was still impacted and needed to follow the steps.

I advised I would speak to my IT department and he then hung up.
