I received a scam call from this number - pretending to be the "VISA MASTERCARD security deparment of Commonwealth Bank - about overseas transactions to specific individas vai PayPal and eBay! Todal BS of course in a polished but clearly subcontinental accent. This number (on anonymous callback) has a presumably phony business name (or else that's who they spoofed) but all the customer representatives are busy!!
