Unanswered, apparently a phishing scam. Monotone recorded message left reporting fraudulent account transaction of $299.99, but no indication of which institution the account was supposedly at. Rank amateurs.

I received a recorded message stating that my phone service would be cut off soon and prompted me to push 1 to take action regarding this issue, or 2 for some other option. I hung up because I was confused—the message didn't make sense given that my Telstra data is low, but my SIM card is still valid for several more months and I have no issues receiving calls and texts. Additionally, I have SIM cards from other countries that also shouldn't be expiring. Overall, I find this call highly suspicious and suspect it could be a scam.

Number called me with an 02 number, didn’t answer as I don’t know anyone from the 02 area. Person called and left me a 30 second message starting with a “hello” and the rest of the voice mail was silent. Seems as though it’s a scam.
