It's an National Broadband Network scam. Well spoken chap said they had been noticing my internet speed was below what I was paying for. While he was running through the details I ran the Telstra Speed Test which confirmed I was getting a BETTER speed that what I was paying for. On telling him this he hung up!

I received a call from a man claiming to be from the NBN, stating that I wasn't getting the internet speed I was paying for. After conducting a Telstra Speed Test, I proved him wrong, as my speed was actually higher than what I was billed for. He hung up abruptly. This seems to be just another NBN spoofing scam.
