This number left a voice message urging me to call back urgently. In the message, I was then prompted to press 1 for assistance in Chinese, which seemed unusual.
Received a voice message saying this is the Australian Government and your passport has been used on multiple occasions. This is a scam.
Received text message from #121 saying there was voice message waiting. Dialled 121 (did not use link). Retrieved voice message from Telstra (not our provider) saying if I didn't return call my number will be shut down in 2 hours.

Potential fraud/scammer, answered the phone just in case and it is most definitely not a business or person, added onto the fact only 5 people have my phone number, it is very suspicious.
I received a text from #121 indicating that there was a voice message waiting for me. I dialed 121 directly (avoiding any provided links) and retrieved a message from Telstra (which is not my service provider), threatening that my phone number would be shut down in 2 hours if I did not return their call.
The call was automated and immediately started with a Chinese voice within two seconds of me answering the phone.
